Children photography in Mallorca
In this new year that is beginning I have many illusions. One of them is to be able to do much more children photography in Mallorca. As you know one of my weaknesses is children, I love them and I find them super interesting.
Every time I have children photography sessions in Mallorca I have a great time with them. Last year I took advantage of all the time I could to do many photo sessions with different children. Every time a mother or father calls me and asks me about my services as a children photographer in Mallorca, I’m very happy.
This time I had a couple of sisters who especially fascinated me with their personality. Their names are Jade and Agata, although they are sisters they have a different personality. When they entered the studio for this children photography in Mallorca I immediately loved them. They both have tremendous energy and are very special.
Children sessions in Mallorca
When I do sessions with children I really like to discover what they have inside. It’s usually the first time they do this kind of photo session and they don’t know what to expect. I understand perfectly that it’s something new for them and maybe it gives them a little shyness. Sometimes it happens to me also with the older ones who want to be models and with them it’s perhaps more difficult than with the children. The good thing about the little ones is that they have a very special energy and self-confidence. As soon as you show interest in them, their tastes and what they do they tell you everything.
With children photography in Mallorca I have had children that mothers tell me are very shy and will have a hard time opening up. Then when I stay with them in the studio and make them do fun things or dance they let go right away. Besides, modeling agencies always want them to have three changes of clothes and they like that. I often make them choose their favourite clothes and make combinations. I always take pictures in my studio and also outdoors.
Children photography in Mallorca
Depending on the time of year I start in one place or another, it all depends on the time and the light. If they have school I adapt to their schedules and we start in one place or another.
You can see by other photo sessions with children that in the outdoor photos I try to catch the sunset. That light during the last hours of the day is perfect for taking good photos and the kids have a great time at the beach. Children photography in Mallorca gives a lot of play here in the Balearics. We are very lucky that there are spectacular places to do these photo sessions.
I was lucky enough to have Jade and Agata at this children photography session in Mallorca. Agata is the oldest, she has a very intense and dreamy look, I really like her elegance. Both in the studio and outdoors she was very concentrated and did everything I asked of her perfectly. For any kind of children’s clothing catalogue she would be perfect, besides she is very tall.
The little sister Jade is more mischievous and playful. She likes to talk and tell things without stopping. She’s a lot of fun and especially with my dog Noah she had a great time. She wanted us to go to the beach to play with her and throw sticks at her to make her run.
Studio and outdoor photos
In the studio they both had a lot of fun, it didn’t seem like it was the first time they did something like this. They brought very cool clothes with them and with their mother, who is a sweetheart, we chose among all fun and elegant combinations. Clothes in children photography in Mallorca can be fun and colourful. The agencies like photos to represent the different personalities a child can have. Some can be fun, others serious, others elegant. The more variety the better as then the companies that hire them look at them according to whether it is for a brand or product advertisement or another.
Once we finished with the photos in the studio we left to take the photos outside. As always I took Noah my dog and Jade and Agata were delighted. As soon as I explained to them what they had to do they caught on very quickly. You can see from the photos that there are also some in which they are together. I think it’s great that they get along so well and do this together. They are two great girls and I’m sure the model agencies will take them into account when they have work for them. I thank them for being the way they are and I hope everything goes well for them.
